Reflective group activities

We recognise that people communicate and process experiences differently. For some, sitting down and talking directly about feelings may not be the easiest or most comfortable starting point.

Creative expression can provide another route. Activities are adaptable rather than based on a rigid programme, and participants can engage at a level that feels comfortable without pressure to disclose personal experiences.

One method. Many pathways.

Expression can become connection — and connection can support growth.

Creative activity is the method, not the ultimate purpose. The aim is to help people participate, communicate, connect and grow in ways that are accessible to them.
