There is more than one way in

A different way to connect, express and grow.

TREAT CIC believes that people do not always find it easy to communicate emotions through conversation alone. Creative activity can provide another route.

Through drama, storytelling, creative expression, collaborative activities and innovative wellbeing programmes, TREAT provides supportive environments where people can explore feelings, strengthen confidence, develop emotional awareness and connect with others.

Creating positive change

Every journey is personal. TREAT offers adaptable ways to take part, contribute and be heard.

Why TREAT exists

Sometimes people need another way to express what they are feeling.

Some young people and adults can find it difficult to recognise, communicate or explore emotions. This can be particularly relevant for people experiencing challenging circumstances, people with SEND, care-experienced people and those who may not feel comfortable accessing traditional forms of support.

TREAT responds with welcoming environments where creativity becomes a tool for participation, exploration, connection and shared learning.
