Who we support

Creating space for people to be heard, valued and connected.

TREAT’s activities may support people at different stages of life and with different experiences, communication preferences and access needs.

People are not categories

Each programme begins with a question: what would make participation feel possible here?

Our activities are designed to be welcoming, adaptable and participant-centred, recognising that people communicate, participate and express themselves in different ways.

01

Young People

Developing confidence, communication, emotional awareness and positive relationships.

02

Young Adults

Creating opportunities for expression, connection and personal development.

03

Adults

Providing welcoming creative environments for reflection, confidence and connection.

04

Older Adults

Using creativity and shared activity to encourage participation, connection and wellbeing.

05

People with SEND

Activities can be adapted to different communication, sensory and participation needs.

06

Care-Experienced People

Providing respectful environments where people can participate without judgement or pressure.

07

Families and Carers

Some programmes may create opportunities for families and carers to participate or benefit.

Not every programme serves every group. Individual opportunities will explain who they are for, how they work and how to find out more.

Inclusion in practice

Adaptability is part of the design.

Where appropriate, TREAT will consider access needs, communication preferences, sensory considerations and the practical changes that can help people take part with confidence.
